ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) chemicals

Belgian TESSENDERLO GROUP (consolidated turnover in 2000 EUR 1818 million with over 7500 employed and over 100 companies in 22 countries) has bought up the British ACCORDIS FINE CHEMICALS (nearly EUR 30 million in annual turnover with 90 employed). The amount of the deal has not been disclosed.
