ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electricity

CNR-COMPAGNIE NATIONALE DU RHONE (France) and the leader of the Benelux energy market ELECTRABEL have created a joint subsidiary called ENERGIE DU RHONE, in conformity with the partnership agreement signed last November. Its initial capital is EUR 6 million, divided between the CNR (51%) and ELECTRABEL (49%).
