20/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - "Organised Civil society and European governance": this is the theme of the conference of representatives from civil society organised at the European level, which will take place on 8 and 9 November in the offices of the Committee in Brussels. On the agenda of the works: - the Commission White Paper on European governance; - ways to ensure a true participation by organised civil society and to improve the visibility of the contribution by economic and social actors to EU governance.
