Prague seeks to improve Fifteen's negotiating offer regarding free movement and persons and capital

Brussels, 20/07/2001 (Agence Europe) - At this stage, the Czech Republic is not prepared to accept the EU's common negotiating position and to conclude talks on the "free movement of persons" and the "free movement of capitals" chapters, said Czech Foreign Minister Jan Kavan.
