The French group PERNOD RICARD signed an agreement covering the acquisition, via its subsidiary SANTA-LINA, of 80% of the capital of POLMOS POZNAN, Polish producer of the "Wyborowa" vodka for a total amount of 300 millions Zlotys. Concerning the remaining 20%, 15% of the shares will be given to the personnel and the Treasury will retain 5%.
