The Dutch group SNT bought the call centres belonging to the Dutch operator KPN and the French IT services company ATOS ORIGIN for a global amount of between EUR 70 and 78 million. Concerned are 2,500 employees for around EUR 100 million in turnover in 2001. SNT claims, following these two operations, the top place in Europe in the sector with an expected turnover for this year of EUR 600 million.
