The POSTE BELGE acquired, via its subsidiary EXBO SA, three French companies operating in the digital printing of invoices, management documents and their mailing for third parties. This concerns SPEOS, the company BPCI in which SPEOS is a 34% shareholder and SYMBIOSE GESTION, which together will record a turnover of EUR 72.5 million for 2001 with 750 employees.
