Fischler's visit to United States to "build bridges" between the two sides of the Atlantic

Brussels, 17/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, Commissioner Franz Fischler began an official five-day visit to the United States. The Agriculture Commissioner pointed out that his aim was to "build bridges" between the EU and the US.
