The Swedish security firm SECURITAS has acquired, for the sum of EUR 113.9 million, the 51% of the American firm LOOMIS FARGO (turnover EUR 466 million expected for the next financial period with 2,200 employed and a fleet of 2,600 vehicles) that it did not yet own. With this acquisition, SECURITAS says it will become one of the leading world security firms with a turnover of EUR 954 million, 16% of market shares in Europe and 18% in the United States.
