The brokerage firms ETC, POLLAK and PREBON YAMANE FRANCE (British group PREBON YAMANE) have joined together to create a new entity called EPP which is expected to make a turnover of at least FF 160 million in 2001 with 130 employed. It will comprise two independent divisions, namely ETC, specialised in intermediation on the regulated markets, and POLLAK-PREBON, specialised in mutually agreed rates markets.
