In Belgium, PUNCH INTERNATIONAL (production and assembly of components for the electronics industry, with a turnover of over EUR 110 million in 2000 and over 1,700 employed in five countries) has bought up ADVANTRA INTERNATIONAL (turnover EUR 10 million expected for 2001 with 80 employed) for the sum of EUR 9 million.
