Aid to victims of crisis

Brussels, 11/05/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has recently approved two decisions regarding humanitarian aid for a total of 9.96 million euro, to improve the living conditions of vulnerable families affected by the crisis in the Palestinian Territories. The Community aid, which will transit through the Humanitarian Aid Office, Echo, will finance the distribution of food and water, health equipment and health care.
