The Israeli manufacturer of optical equipment and systems PRO-LASER will pass under the control of the Belgian holding BUCHMANN OPTICAL HOLDING NV (BOH). The latter will receive a stake of 57.5% in shares. In exchange, it will bring 51% of the shares in the French optical company BRIOT INTERNATIONAL, which it 100% controls, as well as EUR 2.5 million in cash.
