Belgian group TELINDUS has acquired a 51% stake in the network integrator of Chinese origin MODERN TIME TECHNOLOGY (turnover Hong Kong $124 million in 2000). The management of the company will keep the remaining 49%. The company will be renamed TELINDUS LTD in Hong Kong and YUNNAN TELINDUS TECHNOLOGIES in continental China.
