The Italian group FIAT has announced the sale of 49% of ALSTOM FERROVIARIA, controlled by French ALSTOM, to the bank MEDIOCREDITO CENTRALE. FIAT had sold to ALSTOM, in October, 51% of its shares in FIAT FERROVIARIA, since then renamed ALSTOM FERROVIARIA.
