02/04/2001 (Agence Europe) - Last week, the Bernheim Foundation awarded the European Emile Berheim prize, awarded the first time in 1956 (the presidents of the jury were successively Paul-Henri Spaak, Jean Rey, Leo Tindemans and, at the present time, Jean-Louis Six, Deputy Permanent Representative for Belgium with the European Union.
