ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) music

The Italian VITAMINIC, European leader in the distribution of music files on the Internet, concluded a preliminary agreement for the acquisition of its main competitor, EUREKAN MULTIMEDIA which publishes the two main leading sites in France. In order to finance this operation, VITAMINIC will pay FF 9 million and will issue 250,000 new shares reserved for the present EUREKAN shareholders.
