ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) holding

The boards of GBL - GROUPE BRUXELLES LAMBERT and ELECTRAFINA, two holdings belonging to ELECTRAFINA, have proposed to merge the two entities in order to simplify the organisational structure and the functioning of the two groups. The merger will take place through the absorption of GBL by ELECTRAFINA, the new group will take on the name of GBL.
