ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) electronics

The Belgian firm PUNCH INTERNATIONAL, supplier of EMS (components intended for the electronics industry) has signed a shares purchasing convention with Taiwanese industrialists for 50% of the shares in JIIN HUI (turnover of some 10 million euro in 2000 with a staff of 200), an electronics company located in the People's Republic of China.
