09/03/2001 (Agence Europe) - The president of the Belgian Senate, Mr Armand De Decker, declared on 8 March that he considers the Treaty of Nice should not be ratified by the Belgian Parliament before the Summit of Laeken (14 and 15 December). The Summit will close the Belgian Presidency.
