ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) beverage

FOUNTAIN INDUSTRIES and France's FODIS (turnover of more than 4 million euro in 2000 with 27 staff) have signed a letter of intent providing for the purchase, by the Belgian firm, of all the shares of the French group which distributes FOUNTAIN products in France. Specialised in the distribution of hot drinks to small and medium-sized enterprises, FOUNTAIN INDUSTRIES EUROPE had a turnover in 2000 of 43 million euro.
