The Dutch banking-insurance firm ING has announced a takeover bid for the Polish bank BSK - BANK SLASKI so as to acquire 45.02% of its capital at 72.05 euro a share, or a total of 300 million euro. ING already controls the remaining 54.98% of the bank. Following the bid, ING intends integrating its banking activities in Warsaw within BSK. The bank thus formed will be called ING BANK SLASKI.
