Brussels, 01/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - In addition to stressing the challenge of a cohesion policy in a 27-member European Union (see yesterday's EUROPE p.9 and that of 27 January, p.7), the second European Commission report on economic and social cohesion suggest how the ground should be prepared for such a policy.
