Luxembourg, 01/02/2001 (Agence Europe) - The European Court of Justice has condemned France for not having published in the Official Journal of the EC, in 1995, public procurement notices concerning the building of certain housing projects. In its ruling, the Court says that the public planning and construction offices of Val-de-Marne and Paris, as well as the limited company of low rent housing Logirel have infringed the provisions of the 1993 European directive on procedures for public procurement, which provide for publication in the ECOJ. These notices were only published in France in the Official Bulletin of public procurement announcements and the "moniteur des travaux public et du batiment".
