EPP Party to confirm its refusal of euthanasia on Saturday in Berlin

Brussels, 12/01/2001 (Agence Europe) - The Berlin Congress of the EPP Party must also adopt, on Saturday, a resolution for expressing its opposition to the new Dutch legislation that makes euthanasia legal. The EPP said it was convinced that, to maintain human dignity, it is necessary to develop palliative care rather than authorise euthanasia.
