ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) airport services

The British transport group GO-AHEAD acquired the company MIDLAND AIRPORT SERVICES and the ground branch activities of the airline BRITISH MIDLAND AIRWAYS for GBP 72 million. The two acquired entities are present in 14 airports in the United Kingdom and Ireland. This operation enables GO-AHREAD to double its activities in the ground services sector for passengers, increasing its turnover to around GBP 150 million.
