ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computing

The French company OBERTHUR CARD SYSTEMS signed with GUANGBANG PTE LIM, SHENZHEN XINSI INDUSTRIAL CO LTD and GUANGDONG NANFANG TELECOMMUNICATIONS EQUIPMENT, a joint venture agreement for the locating of a factory for the production of chip cards in Shenzhen, in China. The new company will be named OBERTHUR CARD SYSTEMS SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY and will have a delivery capacity of 30 million personalised cards per year.
