ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) environment

The French RHODIA and VIVENDI ENVIRONMENT have created a joint venture in the processing of special industrial waste in South Korea, through their subsidiaries RHODIA ECO SERVICES and ONYX. To concretise this alliance, ONYX will take a stake of 50% in the capital of ECO SERVICES KOREA, a 100% subsidiary of RHODIA ECO SERVICES. The two partners intend to invest USD 20 million in the joint venture.
