Brussels, 29/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - On the bass of the opinion of the Scientific Steering Committee (see other article on page 12), that the College of Commissioners discussed on Wednesday, the Commission decided to propose three new measures that it will submit to the Agriculture Ministers meeting in Brussels on Monday for an extraordinary "special mad cow" Council.
