ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) energy

CNR - COMPAGNIE NATIONALE DU RHONE, second largest producer of electricity in France, and Belgium's ELECTRABEL (French group SUEZ LYONNAISE DES EAUX) are to create a join subsidiary to market electricity in France called ENERGIE DU RHONE and whose capital will be FF 40 million. CNR will hold a 51% stake in the venture and ELECTRABEL 49%.
