As foreseen Americans challenge European assessment of prejudice caused by FSC tax regime

Brussels/Geneva, 29/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - After the statements of intent from last week (see EUROPE of 23 November, p.11), the United States have formally called for an arbitration by the World Trade Organisation (WTO) on the level of sanctions that the EU called to have imposed on them in the case of the "Foreign Sales Corporations".
