Brussels, 29/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - EU representatives and from 20 Latin American countries are gathered, from this Wednesday until Friday, in Santiago (Chile), to discuss "new subjects" emerging within the World Trade organisation (WTO), in particular investment, competition, the environment and the facilitating of trade.
