The French chartered accountancy group FIDUCAL (turnover close to FF 2 bn for the year ending September, with 80,000 clients) has, though its local subsidiary in the United States FIDUCAL TRIPLE CHECK, taken over the franchise network CENTURY BUSINESS SERVICES for an undisclosed amount. At the same time as this purchase, the French firm has taken over COLUMBIA TUREL. Through these operations, FIDUCAL now manages 800 offices in the United States with an accumulated turnover of $105 million...
