The Dutch bank ING has announced that one of its subsidiaries has concluded an agreement with the Indian groups VYSYA BANK and DAMANI BANK in view of launching itself into the Indian insurance market. This agreement provides, in a second stage, for the creation of a joint-venture under Indian law.
