Cooperation in transport

Brussels, 13/11/2000 (Agence Europe) - The second Euro-Mediterranean forum on transport, which took place last week, enabled to relaunch cooperation in this sector. Organised by the European Commission and financed by the MEDA programme, the Forum approved the broad guidelines of a future MEDA regional projects. Three working groups will start in the first quarter 2001 the examination of projects in the fields of maritime transport (including security), satellite navigation (EGONS/GALILEO)....
