BRAMMER (industrial services) is to take a 51% stake in THF - TECHNISCHER HANDEL FREUDENBERG (DM 183 million turnover for the year closing end-June with 450 employees), Germany's largest distributor of industrial components, for £15 million. BRAMMER has an option for the remaining stake at £14.4 million.
