ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) computing

The Belgian computer services company ARIANE II (consolidated turnover of around EUR 86 million forecasted for 2000) acquired its counterpart ORDIGES (turnover of some 3.66 million in 1999) specialised in the development of software for the banking, health and public services sectors for EUR 2.7 million. Furthermore it acquired in France the web agency NOVIUS for some EUR 1.2 million.
