ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) leisure

The British real estate company HERON INTERNATIONAL is to invest BEF 2 bn to take over a 13-hectare site in Valencia (Spain) so as to develop a mega leisure complex there (cinema, restaurants, shops and fitness centres). The Belgian group KINEPOLIS will take part in this project, baptised "Heron City".
