ABX LOGISTICS (turnover of more than BEF 110 million forecasted for 2000), the small parcel division of the Belgian railway company SNCB, acquired 40% of the capital in WT GROUP (turnover of GBP 60 million in 1999), a major British maritime and air transport company. As of 1 January 2001, WT GROUP will be called ABX LOGISTICS INTERATIONAL UK.
