Brussels, 04/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - The French aid scheme to small and medium sized companies in France that suffered serious damage after the oil slick caused by the sinking of the Erika oil tanker on 12 December 1999 or during storms on 26 and 28 December 1999, is compatible with the Union Treaty.
