Strasbourg, 04/10/2000 (Agence Europe) - Tuesday morning's debate in the European Parliament on the Biarritz Summit (following the speeches by the presidents of the Commission and Council, see yesterday's EUROPE, pp. 3, 4 and 5) enabled MEPs to express themselves not only on the priorities of the European Council - IGC, Charter of Fundamental Rights, plus energy - but also on the speech delivered by European Commission President Romano Prodi.
