26/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - A Benelux summit is to be held in the Hague on 29 September, in view of the European Council of Biarritz, essentially on the reform of EU institutions. On that occasion, the prime ministers and foreign ministers of Belgium the Netherlands and Luxembourg will present their new memorandum on the IGC.
