26/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - As before each European Council, the European People's Party, led by Wilfrid Martens, and the Party of European Socialists, led by Rudolf Scharping, will hold their own summits before the European Council of Biarritz. These summits will take place in the evening of 12 October, in the vicinity of Biarritz.
