Brussels, 20/09/2000 (Agence Europe) - The rumbles against a supposed European indifference is rising in the Mercosur countries, on the eve of the first official visit of the European Commissioner for Trade, Pascal Lamy, in Uruguay (Thursday 21 September), in Argentina (22 September) and Chile (the 25 and 26 September). After having protested, at the beginning of the month, over the absence of high level European representatives during the EU/Mercosur meetings on the sidelines of the UN...
