ECONOMIC INTERPENETRATION / (eu) hotels

British group GRANADA COMPASS (communication and catering) is undergoing "preliminary negotiations" with several potential candidates with a view to selling its hotel branch ("Le Meridien" and "Posthouse" chains). According to The Guardian, discussions have already begun with French ACCOR with a view to selling it the two chains for an estimated £3 billion.
