HEW - HAMBURGISCHEN ELECTRICITÄTSWERKE AG has sold to the Italian telecommunications company E.BISCOM an 80% stake in HANSENET TELEKOMMUNIKATION GMBH (turnover DM 34 million in 1999 with 150 employed) for the sum of DM 48 million, keeping the remaining 20%.
