The NEWS CORP group, group controlled by the businessman Rupert Murdoch, will sell to the American MOTOROLA 1.887 million of its shares in the American company OPENTV, specialised in digital decoders and interactive televisions. After this transaction, MOTOROLA will hold 5.4% of its capital.
