Brussels, 31/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission authorised the Dutch Randstad Holding N.V. and VNU N.V. to create the joint venture NewMonday.com that will provide job offer and recruitment services on the Internet. The Commission took this decision after having noted that the estimated market share is below 15% and that it is a case of an entry into the market were significant competitors already exist.
