NORTENE JARDIN (French group NORTENE that produced a consolidated profit of FF 264 million for the 1998/99 financial year) will acquire the Dutch company GARDEN BUSINESS UNIT (annual turnover of NGL 75 million), subsidiary of the Dutch group BUCO.
