Brussels, 31/08/2000 (Agence Europe) - Avraham Burg and Ahmed Qurie, Presidents of the Knesset and the Palestinian Legislative Council, will speak before the European Parliament during a sullen session that will take place on 5 September in Strasbourg at 11: 30am.
